At ABS 97, EMBALAGENS LDA., also known as ABS97, we take into account your security and believe that there is\nthe need to protect the privacy of the personal information you share with us. With that in mind, the gathering and\nprocessing of your personal data is entirely within the rules and guidelines present both in Portugal (Law n\u00ba 67\/98,\nfrom October 26th) and in the EU (GDPR, 2016\/679 from the European Parliament on April 27th 2016). ABS97 only gathers personal data after obtaining the Client\u2019s consent and in line with the specific needs of the\nprocess, within the boundaries of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Such data may be obtained by\nfilling a form either electronically or in paper. The consent given by the Clients may be withdrawn at any moment, free\nfrom any charge. There is, however, a set of data that is essential for ABS97 to supply its services (mandatory data),\nand such is informed to the Clients, as well as the consequences of the absence of such data. Having said that, ABS97\nreserves to itself the right to not supply their services to the Clients who do not provide, or provide in insufficient\nquantity or quality, the mandatory data, with the addition that the Clients assume total responsibility for the insufficiency\nor errors in the data provided.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
