FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

You can send your file(s) by e-mail.

Nevertheless, we do not recommend sending files with more than 2 MB by email.

In case your file is above the threshold of 2 MB, you can use the following alternatives:

Every file should be sent in CMYK and with editing enabled;

We ask you to send the technical design and the layout in different layers;

We always use a minimum bleed of 7mm;

If you use slugs, please don’t go over 15mm;

Cuts, creases, located varnish, UV varnish and/or Braille should always be in overprint and on spot color;

Every font should be converted into outlines;

Beware of colours in overprint, especially if they are white;

In case there is trapping, the whole document should be under its effect;

“Rich-Black” should be created the same way, across the whole document (we recommend 65-53-51-100);

The selected Pantone should be in accordance with the pretended finishing (Coated or Uncoated);

Every image must be linked or embedded in the document;

Barcodes must be in 100K and not in CMYK;

The Output Intent Profile we use is the European Standard: Coated FOGRA39;
